Our services
Our technical department, with experienced staff and high level CAD/CAM tools, continually involved in professional training activities, independently manages the entire production process. Starting from the idea, we can assist the customer in the individual steps to the creation of the mould. The feasibility study, the product industrialization, the simulation analysis, the production and construction drawing and the 3D modeling are the main services offered by our technical dept.
We have high technology machinery and equipment (2.5 and 5 axis), which allow us to create moulds for complex and high precision shapes.
This department, in addition to the creation of new moulds, carries out servicing and maintenance of those already in production, ensuring the high quality and in order to offer a complete service to our customers.
For years, our company provides the most advanced technologies in order to optimize production processes and related costs, such as the bi-material injection or the gas-assisted injection.
Each mould, before leaving our company, is subjected to a testing phase, in order to guarantee our customers the absence of any imperfection. PNT Stampi can also offer pre-production or small series.
Our team, consisting of highly qualified technicians, provides any kind of solution to our customers' needs. Our priority is to provide the customer with the know how and a complete service: from the concept to the product industrialization, from the design to the construction of the mould, testing and pre-series.
